About Us

The Ottawa Foundation Association is a an organization of professional companies dedicated to promoting the highest ethical standards and technologies in the practice of foundation repair. and to promote cooperation between the foundation repair industry and government.

The Ottawa Foundation Association does not guarantee the work of its members nor can it compel members to engage in arbitration. However, our mandate encourages all members to resolve differences with theirĀ customers through mediation and arbitration.

Purpose of the Association:

To gather and disseminate accurate information pertaining to the foundation repair industry.


To assist governmental agencies with input regarding changes in laws, rules, regulations, policies and specifications.

To promote a positive work environment that promotes customer satisfaction, innovation, and the highest quality product.

Recognizing that there are several acceptable methods of foundation repair and drainage correction and alteration, the association shall promote free enterprise and shall prohibit its members from entering into any agreements whether written or oral that would limit production, fix prices, or suppress competition in any manner.

To promote a better understanding and spirit of cooperation among members of the association.

To promote and encourage binding arbitration to resolve disputes between members.


To promote compliance with legislation in the areas of Workman's Compensation or insurance covering injuries to employees.
